Apparently Jay Z feels its so neccessary for him to release a Blueprint 3 album! And it seems he has wasted no time doing promo for it seeing as he's already released the first single "Aint I" on DJ Clue’s mixtape. Is it me or is he starting to spread himself thinner than a Steve Harvey's hairline? (the New One LOL)
