DMX Arrested Aagain!!

DMX/Earl Simmons was arrested yesterday evening for the umpteenth time in front of a Miami Wal-Mart. According to the Miami Herald:

Simmons, 37, was in a vehicle parked in a handicapped spot in the parking lot, police said.
