Yesterday a hearing took place as to whether or not a police officer violated Lil Wayne's rights by searching his tour bus in November, which turned up a loaded 9mm gun and led to a felony weapons charge. Officer Diane Hornung testified, that she searched the vehicle only after seeing and smelling marijuana coming from the bus as it was parked.... Details will soon come.
