HARTFORD - Rapper 50 Centtestified in court Tuesday that he never would have bought Mike Tyson's mansion if he knew it would cost a pretty penny to fix up.

The star is suing BVH Integrated Services, the engineering firm he hired to inspect the Farmington, Conn., spread when he was buying it from the boxer's ex-wife in 2003.

The company estimated it would cost about $500,000 to repair roofs, decks, driveways and renovate other parts of the property.

50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, said he ended up spending about $6 million on the job. He says BVH should cough up about $3 million.
