Congrats to Will.i.am, who's video for the "Yes We Can Song," an ode to presidential candidate Barack Obama, will be honored in the new category for Best New Approaches in Daytime Entertainment at the Emmy Awards this year.

Busta's Bodyguard was Shot and Killed

Busta's bodyguard Jermaine "Black" Williams, was found dead from multiple gunshot wounds in Ozone Park, Queens. Police found blood dripping from a parked SUV where they discovered the body wrapped in a blanket in the backseat. It is unclear whether he was working for Busta at the time of the shooting.Williams is the second bodyguard of Busta's that's been killed, Israel Ramirez was shot dead on February 5, 2006.

The Black Eye Peas Will not Cancel The Show
