The California Senate passed a bill Wednesday that SAYS it is mandatory for any patient seeking cosmetic surgery procedures to first undergo a physical exam. Known as the AB 2968, was formed in a response to the death of Kanye West's mother Donda West. The former educator/author died last year from a heart condition that was exacerbated by cosmetic surgery.

California Votes 37 to 1 For Donda West Bill To Be Passed
The California Senate passed a bill Wednesday that SAYS it is mandatory for any patient seeking cosmetic surgery procedures to first undergo a physical exam.
