Prodigy of Mobb Deep, who is currently in jail from a October 2007 for unlawful gun possession, is Vox Music Group for allegedly failing to pay him over $30,000 in royalties. In court documents filed on March 23 in Manhattan Supreme Court, Prodigy claims executives agreed in August 2007 to pay him $10,300 a month. According to the New York Post, Johnson accuses them of missing three payments and failing to give him a semi-annual royalty accounting statement, forcing his family home into foreclosure.
