According to reports, DAMON DASH has been handed divorce papers from his wife, fashion designer RACHEL ROY. Maybe she's trying to get away from all his legal woes. The couple have two children together, Ava Dash and Talullah Ruth (born 2008).

Dame Says Baby Momma is Holding His Son Hostage

According to TMZ.com, Damon Dash has filed a motion hoping to force Linda Williams to physically bring his son "Boogie" to the hearing so he can see him. According to Dame, Williams is holding his son "hostage." This all comes from a few months back when Williams accused Dash of failing to provide running water and electricity at his house. Dame's lawyer says Williams' claims are untrue.

Dame Dash Manhattan Apartments Will Be Foreclosed

According to reports two of Dame Dash's Manhattan apartments will be foreclosed on. Papers were filed this Monday by the New York court system stating that Dame and his wife Rachel owe $7.8 million for the mortgage. But sources close to the Dash say that Dash hasn’t been the true owner of those apartments in years, nor has he lived in them in years. While the deeds to the places are in his name, it was actually the unnamed management company of the apartments who haven’t been paying on time.

Congrats To Dame And Rachel

Congrats goes to Rachel Roy and Damon Dash who delivered a baby girl named Tallulah Ruth (May 13). This is the their second child together and Dame’s three child.

Dame Dash Not Sticking to His word

According to TMZ.com, Linda Williams, the mother of Dame Dash's 16 year old son Boogie (Damon Dash, Jr.) is taking legal action for child support and other things. William claims that her son was living with no hot water or electricity in his bedroom for 2 months, Dash exposed Boogie to a relative’s dead corpse, and that Dame hasn’t been contributing to Jr.’s trust fund as he promised. I'm confused he didn't have hot water in just his room, is that possible if its in a house? I'm just wondering ..
