T.I.'s Baby Momma Gets An Upgrade!

On Wednesday a Superior Court judge raised T.I's child support amount from $3,000 to $5,000 a month to LaShon Dixon. T.I, whose real name is Clifford Harris, at first had voluntarily paid about $2,000 per month to support his two sons, ages 7 and 9.

T.I., was originally ordered to pay for the boys to attend private school, however he is now longer required to make that payment. Judge, Bensonetta Tipton Lane, ordered the T.I. to pay half of the children’s extracurricular activities and all their medical expenses.

The judge ordered joint custody of the boys to continue, with Dixon granted primary physical custody. T.I. will have visitation every other weekend. Dixon’s attorney, Randy Kessler, says the woman is “very grateful” for the judge’s decision and called it “a complete victory."

T.I Baby Momma Wants More Money

The mother of T.I.’s oldest to children, is suing him for more child support. Lashon Dixon, says the she currently gets $2000/month for both boys but that just ain't enough. According to the Associated Press, Lashon Dixon has been reportedly been receiving $2,000 a month for their two 7 and 8 year-old boys. Rather than demanding a specified amount, the 29 year-old is requesting a court to order a stipend equal to Tip’s financial success.

Rick Ross's Baby Momma Wants More Child Support

The woman claiming to be the mother of Rick Ross' two-year-old son, is in the works to get a paternity test and collect additional child support. According to TMZ.com the lawsuit comes from Tiallondra Nicole Kemp, mother of William Leonard Roberts, III. Ross' camp says he already pays support for the toddler, including medical bills.

50 Wants to See his Son

50 along with ex-girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins were in court Thursday. 50 has requested to get more time to see his son Marquise. He was granted limited visitation rights after he passed his piss test.

The Divorce Will Cost Russell Simmons

Russell Simmons will have to shell out more than $40,000 each month for his two daughters, Ming Lee and Aoki with Kimora. His recent divorce from Kimora Lee Simmons is going to cost the $480,000 a year in child support.

The documents read as follows, "Child support in the amount of Twenty Thousand ($20,000) Dollars per month per child continues as to each child until a child is emancipated, reaches the age of nineteen and one half years (July 21, 2019 for Ming Lee; February 16, 2022, for Aoki Lee), dies, marries, becomes self-supporting, is no longer residing with [Kimora Lee], joins the armed forces, is otherwise legally emancipated, or until further order of the Court, whichever occurs first."

It also states that...

"When the children are in [Russell's] custody, they shall be accompanied at all times by a nanny and security person to be named by [Kimora],"

"The children shall be with [Russell] every eighth week from Saturday at 9:00 a.m. until the following Saturday at 6:00 p.m."

Dame Dash Not Sticking to His word

According to TMZ.com, Linda Williams, the mother of Dame Dash's 16 year old son Boogie (Damon Dash, Jr.) is taking legal action for child support and other things. William claims that her son was living with no hot water or electricity in his bedroom for 2 months, Dash exposed Boogie to a relative’s dead corpse, and that Dame hasn’t been contributing to Jr.’s trust fund as he promised. I'm confused he didn't have hot water in just his room, is that possible if its in a house? I'm just wondering ..
