T.I. has formed a coalition with the Political Swagger Foundation and C.H.A.N.G.E. Initiative to remove guns from urban communities. The effort will kick off in Houston tomorrow (March 14) as host of Responsibility Is a Lifestyle: Give Back Your Gun Day. Throughout the day, any person with an unregistered weapon will be able to turn in the firearm without fear of questioning, fines, or arrest.
Doug E. Fresh T.I., who appeared via recorded video and Snoop all made sure they showed their support for Minister Louis Farrakhan's Nation of Islam's annual Saviours Day convention in Chicago Sunday. Snoop also gave a $1,000 check.
On Wednesday a Superior Court judge raised T.I's child support amount from $3,000 to $5,000 a month to LaShon Dixon. T.I, whose real name is Clifford Harris, at first had voluntarily paid about $2,000 per month to support his two sons, ages 7 and 9.
According to the New York Post T.I. made calls in between taping of his MTV reality series "T.I.'s Road to Redemption: 45 Days to Go," to call Will Smith. The series which follows the rapper as he attempts to make positive changes in the lives of seven at-risk teens. T.I. called Smith for advice on "how he could better inspire and motivate the kids he was mentoring," said a source.
Not only are all the blogs talking about the assault that Rihanna endured from Chris Brown, now their celeb friends are speaking out too. Rapper Kanye West expressed his feeling about the situation earlier today stating,
She (Rihanna) has the potential to be the greatest artist of all time and, in that sense,…… I feel like that’s my baby sis and I would do any and everything to help her in any situation,... I feel like, just as a person, I don’t care how famous she is or even if she just worked at McDonald’s, that should never happen. It should never come to that place"
Rapper T.I. also commented on the situation on the Last Call With Carson Daly Show.
Seems like they both are taking sides, and since Kanye said he would do ANY and EVERYTHING for Rihanna maybe he can whoop Chris for her!!!

It has just been reported that Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, T.I. and Kanye West have been added to the performance lineup for the 51st annual Grammy Awards, to be held Feb. 8 at Los Angeles' Staples Center. They will all perform their single "Swagga Like Us," while T.I. will also take the stage with Justin Timberlake to rock their current duet, "Dead and Gone."
Oprah Winfrey took notice to Ron Clark's fifth grade class, who remixed T.I.'s "Whatever You Like" with lyrics about the 2008 presidential election. Oprah reportedly donated $365,000 to help more children attend the institution which assists low income students receive a top notch education. The school runs almost completely on donations and with Oprah's donation the school will be able to pay for the $14,000 tuition for 26 children to attend the academy
The man who was convicted of killing Philant Johnson, who's the friend and assistant of rapper T.I. was sentenced to 66 years to life in prison,according to the Associated Press. Last month a Cincinnati jury convicted 34-year-old Hosea Thomas of the murder, along with felonious assault and illegally having a gun after a felony conviction. Philant Johnson was shot and killed in May 2006 during a running gun battle on Interstate 75 that followed a T.I. concert in Cincinnati. Three others were injured. T.I testified during Thomas' trial however he was not was not hurt, in the shooting.
