According to reports, DAMON DASH has been handed divorce papers from his wife, fashion designer RACHEL ROY. Maybe she's trying to get away from all his legal woes. The couple have two children together, Ava Dash and Talullah Ruth (born 2008).

The Divorce Will Cost Russell Simmons

Russell Simmons will have to shell out more than $40,000 each month for his two daughters, Ming Lee and Aoki with Kimora. His recent divorce from Kimora Lee Simmons is going to cost the $480,000 a year in child support.

The documents read as follows, "Child support in the amount of Twenty Thousand ($20,000) Dollars per month per child continues as to each child until a child is emancipated, reaches the age of nineteen and one half years (July 21, 2019 for Ming Lee; February 16, 2022, for Aoki Lee), dies, marries, becomes self-supporting, is no longer residing with [Kimora Lee], joins the armed forces, is otherwise legally emancipated, or until further order of the Court, whichever occurs first."

It also states that...

"When the children are in [Russell's] custody, they shall be accompanied at all times by a nanny and security person to be named by [Kimora],"

"The children shall be with [Russell] every eighth week from Saturday at 9:00 a.m. until the following Saturday at 6:00 p.m."

Russell Simmons Wants Joint Custody

Russell Simmons and Kimora Lee Simmons are both seeking to deny spousal support for the other, however Celebtv.com has also reported that Russell Simmons is asking for joint custody of his two daughters Ming, 8, and Aoki, 5. The documents were filed Tuesday (May 6) in a Los Angeles court, if you guys remember a few months ago Kimora asked for sole custody in their divorce filing, requesting that Russell get "reasonable child visitation ... to be accompanied at all times by the children's nanny and security personnel." Things may not have been as good of a split as we thought.

Swizz Beatz and Mashonda Separate

After just four years of marriage Swizz Beatz and wife Mashonda have called it quits. Swizz and Mashonda, have a son, Kassem Jr., who was born in 2007.
