50 Granted Monthly Visitation

After a five minute hearing, a judge granted 50 one weekend visit a month with his son Marquise. The arrangement is said to be one month in the summer and Marquise will also spend half of his school's winter and spring breaks with his father.

50 Cent won't talk to the feds about his baby mother's home burning down according to what a fire official told ABC News. He said that after several attempts by the fire squad to meet with 50 Cent, the rapper has not scheduled an interview.“We interview every owner of every structure that goes on fire,” the official reported. “It’s standard procedure.” In any event Tompkins and 50 are due back in court in September.

50 along with ex-girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins were in court Thursday. 50 has requested to get more time to see his son Marquise. He was granted limited visitation rights after he passed his piss test.

50 Update: The judge has Given Orders

A New York judge has ordered 50 Cent not to sell the $2.4 million home where his baby momma and son has been living for the past ten years, until the investigations around the fire are finish. 50 has to also has put the insurance money in a trust account. While Shaniqua Tompkins (baby momma)has to pay $4,500 in rent by Friday for staying in the house during its final month.

50's Hasn't Even Called his Son
