50 Cents "Boss HOG" Interview!

Check out the full BOSS HOG interview with KING magazine!(Click here)Who would you still like to collaborate with in Hollywood?Martin Lawrence. We’re actually looking at film scripts right now to collaborate. And Seann William Scott. He just had a film come out called Role Models. I was with him on the Tyra show.
People are struggling to make money in the music industry. Do you have a lot of investments outside of entertainment? Absolutely. I make more money away from music than I do off of music—well, I was. Shit is terrible right now. Look at the economy in general. General Motors and Chrysler are looking for a bailout. It’s going to be a financial issue if they don’t succeed, though. If they don’t receive the assistance, they will go bankrupt in the next couple of years.

50 Says that Nas is Finished
In 50 Cent's new interview with XXL Magazine, he says that Nas is finished!!50 Cent: Man, Nas is cold as ice. Nas is the block of ice that sunk the Titanic… I didn’t even hear his record. I didn’t even hear what you talking about… I really don’t want to talk about Nas. I think he’s at one of those points to where his career’s finished, to be honest. He’s had some great moments and made good music in the past, but he no longer has the interest of the general public or myself.
50 Cent: The public will tell me that Curtis is a failure. And I sold 700,000 copies the first week. So what do I gotta do? Reach a million, at a minimum?!
That’s the bar you set. You’re the SoundScan Killer, remember?
That’s the bar you set. You’re the SoundScan Killer, remember?
50 Cent: Right, but if we’re gonna call that a failure, then somebody identify what a win is for me. All I need to know is what it is, and then I’ll go ’head and go. Musically, from my perspective, Curtis was exactly what I aimed for it to be. Or I wouldn’t have presented it to the public. I listen to my music before I put it out. I’m listening to it, and I’m hearing it, and I’m like, Yeah, this is what I wanna do now.

50 New Reality Show “The Money and The Power” Premiering Soon
If you have seen the commercials all over MTV and Vh1 you know that 50 has a reality show “The Money and The Power” premiering really soon. The show will be looking for the next business mogul. The show will challenge 16 contestants to master the business savvy that took 50 from a street existence to his present status. Each week one of the contestants will be eliminated and the last one standing will receive a full scholarship to an undergraduate or graduate business program. I think I like the idea of sending them to college.Monday, September 29, 2008

Kanye West Moves Up Album Release Date
According to Kanye's newest blog post he is pushing up the release date of his upcoming album "808s & Heartbreak" from Dec. 16 to "November something.""I finished the album and I felt like (moving up the date)," he wrote. "I want yall to hear it as soon as possible."
I wonder if Kanye is trying to avoid a sales showdown with 50 Cent, who set the release of his new album "Before I Self Destruct" one week before Kanye's former date of the 16th.

50 Cents wants Another Friendly Beef with Kanye
Interscope has confirmed that 50's "Before I Self Destruct" will arrive Dec. 9, while West's "808's and Heartbreak" is due Dec. 16 via Def Jam. But Kanye took a higher road and responded via his blog, writing: "While approving the final cut for the 'Love Lockdown' video, I marvel at the fact that it was written less than 3 weeks ago. I'm very excited about the everything ... I guarantee this will be 50's favorite album of mine. This will be gangster's album of the year."

50 Won't Talk To The feds
50 Cent won't talk to the feds about his baby mother's home burning down according to what a fire official told ABC News. He said that after several attempts by the fire squad to meet with 50 Cent, the rapper has not scheduled an interview.“We interview every owner of every structure that goes on fire,” the official reported. “It’s standard procedure.” In any event Tompkins and 50 are due back in court in September.
