Why Nas and Kelis’ Baby Will Need Therapy

First off let me correct the fact that I said Kelis had her baby two days ago, apparently she was in labor for 3 days and did not give birth to her son Knight until last night.

10) Your stepsister had her baby seat skeeted on by Jay-Z and he made a song about it.
9) Your parents had sex with blindfolds and made a song about it.
8 ) Your friends will have both of these songs on their iPods and torture you with them.
7) Your uncle’s name is Jungle He will swear to you he is a rapper. Don’t believe him.

6) Your dad can’t drive but owns many cars. You will be his chauffeur one day.
5) Your birth will be on Twitter.

Kelis Gives Birth to a Baby Boy!!!

Kelis

First off let me say CONGRATS to Kelis on giving birth to her first child today, but I just can not help but wonder why Nas was not there.  Some sources are saying that Kelis did not want Nas to view the birth while other sources are saying that he just did not show up, but one thing is clear and that is that HE WAS NOT THERE.  I wonder what his excuse will be???

Nas And Damian Marley Making An Album Together!

Billboard.com is reporting that Nas has been in the studio with reggae star Damian Marley, recording an album.

"We've been recording in a studio, where people like Mick Jagger are recording. No one knew who we were," Nas' manager, Anthony Saleh, tells Billboard. "We're going to Miami this week to finish it up and we're aiming to tour for the album this summer."

The album will be released in the spring. But under which label no one knows just yet, because Nas is signed to Def Jam, while Marley records for Universal. A portion of the proceeds will go toward building a school in Africa, though details are still being solidified.

50 Says that Nas is Finished

In 50 Cent's new interview with XXL Magazine, he says that Nas is finished!!

50 Cent: Man, Nas is cold as ice. Nas is the block of ice that sunk the Titanic… I didn’t even hear his record. I didn’t even hear what you talking about… I really don’t want to talk about Nas. I think he’s at one of those points to where his career’s finished, to be honest. He’s had some great moments and made good music in the past, but he no longer has the interest of the general public or myself.

50 Cent: The public will tell me that Curtis is a failure. And I sold 700,000 copies the first week. So what do I gotta do? Reach a million, at a minimum?!
That’s the bar you set. You’re the SoundScan Killer, remember?

50 Cent: Right, but if we’re gonna call that a failure, then somebody identify what a win is for me. All I need to know is what it is, and then I’ll go ’head and go. Musically, from my perspective, Curtis was exactly what I aimed for it to be. Or I wouldn’t have presented it to the public. I listen to my music before I put it out. I’m listening to it, and I’m hearing it, and I’m like, Yeah, this is what I wanna do now.

Nas Protests Fox News

Bill O’Reilly and the Fox Network continues to look terrible as they refuse to accept the petition to stop their racist ways, signed by over 600.000 people, and presented by rapper Nas. On Wednesday’s episode of “The O’Reilly Factor,” the host called MoveOn.org, which partnered with Color of Change for the march, “the new Klan” during his “Talking Points” segment.

“The Move On organization espouses a radical left agenda and attacks those who oppose that nonsense,” O’Reilly said. “The latest smear from Move On is telling their Kool-Aid-drinking zombie followers that Fox News is smearing Barack Obama and is a racist concern. Of course, that’s a lie. This broadcast and FNC in general have been exceedingly fair to Senator Obama. … But in order to intimidate anyone from criticizing Obama in any way, Move On is playing the race card.”

O’Reilly made the above statement during an interview with MTV News, while Nas told MTV that he does not plan to stop fighting yet. The rapper would like to have an open debate with O’Reilly face to face, stating that O’Reilly’s and FOX News’ statements about the Obamas and Black people are “worse than the worst rap lyrics I’ve ever heard.”

Nas is The New Face Of Fila

According to Reports Fila is on the way to making a comeback and Nas has just signed a one-year partnership with the company that will also include his own line.

"My best friend Will and I loved Fila," Nas says. "It represented prestige and everything that was cool to us. When Will passed, we buried him in a black Fila sweat suit, so doing a deal with them has a lot of significance for me."
