The magazine apparently is supposed to “stay alive” for about 90 days was created by a company called E Ink and the technology to get a battery small enough to fit in the cover alone was “a six figure investment” for the company. Nelly, Akon & Pharrell In A Group Together

Akon and Nelly have let the cat out the bag letting the world know about their plan to form a group along with Pharell.

Akon: “Me and Nelly used to bump into each other off and on and it had nothing to do with music. We were always looking for the opportunity to work together,” Akon said. “There was a thing that Nelly was coming up with that had me, him and Pharrell possibly doing an album together. We just wanted to find something we could do together.”

Nelly:“Right now it’s just a concept,” Nelly responded when questioned about the trio working together. “I just got the idea because I love groups like Bell Biv Devoe. When they got a chance to come together. When LSG (Gerald Levert, Keith Sweat and Johnny Gill) did it. Nobody has really done it on the Hip Hop level. Nobody has put egos aside and said ‘You know what? Let’s do something that would be crazy! We don’t have that (moment in time) and I feel like we’re missing that something special.”

I wonder what be the name of the group?

It’s designed for single people. My situation is different. Otherwise it would be fun to just take off out of the stratosphere, out of control, make music for the masses. So one foot out the door? No, one foot on the floor."
