This list is all fucked up. First of all, TI should be number 2. Secondly, Young Jeezy don't need to be on the mfucka, and neither does Andre 3000. Shit, Andre ain't did a true rap album in a minute!
Rick Ross is really hot right now, but he ain't been in the game for a while.
