Suge Knight Files Lawsuit against Kanye OVER an Earring
According to TMZ, Suge Knight is suing Kanye West over a diamond earring he lost at a party about 3 years ago. Suge filed a lawsuit earlier today in a Los Angeles court claiming that he lost his 15-carat $135,000 diamond stud earring inside the club during a shooting incident, where he was shot in the leg. Suge Knight claims he was injured so badly that he had to take a private jet back to Miami, because first class on a commercial airline would have just been too much for his heart. So now Suge, who recently filed for bankruptcy, wants to be reimbursed for the earring, the medical bills, and the cost of the private jet.

Woman's Lawsuit Against Diddy and Vibe Thrown Out
New York state judge Justice Doris Ling-Cohan threw out the case of a woman who was suing Diddy and Vibe magazine for printing her picture without her permission. Maria Dominguez filed a $3 million claim because her image was featured in a Nov. 2006 article. She said that both parties violated her right to privacy by using pictures of her at the rapper's White Party event without her permission. She also claimed the article was free advertising for the rapper and his label, Bad Boy Entertainment Inc. But the judge says that Dominguez couldn't expect privacy at a public event.
