Still Chris Brown Might or Might Not Go to Jail

Misdemeanor or felony?

As police wind down their investigation of Chris Brown in the alleged beating of Rihanna earlier this month, ultimately the injuries suffered by the victim will determine whether the singer faces a charge carrying a likely penalty of probation — or time behind bars.

So far, no charges of any sort have been filed against Brown, 19, who was arrested Feb. 8 in Los Angeles after allegedly assaulting the R&B star. He was booked by police for making criminal threats — a felony — but the case has not yet been presented to the District Attorney, who will ultimately determine which charges, if any, will be prosecuted.

Kimora Lee and Russell Simmons have finally worked out their custody battle for daughters Ming & Aoki Lee. According to reports Russell has agreed to pay $20,000/month for each child until they’re 19, he will supply them with a car worth no less than $60k and it will be replaced every 3 years until they’re 16, and they must have a nanny AND a security guard with them at all times when they’re visiting Daddy. Russell is will also get monitored visitation every eighth week in the school year and various holidays.

T.I.'s Baby Momma Gets An Upgrade!

On Wednesday a Superior Court judge raised T.I's child support amount from $3,000 to $5,000 a month to LaShon Dixon. T.I, whose real name is Clifford Harris, at first had voluntarily paid about $2,000 per month to support his two sons, ages 7 and 9.

T.I., was originally ordered to pay for the boys to attend private school, however he is now longer required to make that payment. Judge, Bensonetta Tipton Lane, ordered the T.I. to pay half of the children’s extracurricular activities and all their medical expenses.

The judge ordered joint custody of the boys to continue, with Dixon granted primary physical custody. T.I. will have visitation every other weekend. Dixon’s attorney, Randy Kessler, says the woman is “very grateful” for the judge’s decision and called it “a complete victory."

N.O.R.E Arrested in Miami

According to the Miami Herald; Victor Santiago, know to us as N.O.R.E. or Noreaga, was arrested by Miami Beach police after he got into a fight with a man at Fatburger, a South Beach restaurant located at 947 Washington Ave., police said. The police report states, Santiago and three other men walked into Fatburger yelling loudly. On their way in, the rapper ripped one of the restaurant’s flower bouquets out of its place. Santiago then offered a man a cup of yellow liquid — when the man refused, Santiago threw it at him. ”Do you know who I am?” Santiago yelled, according to the report. The rapper then punched the man in the face three times, police said. When Miami Beach police officers arrived, they saw the four men running out of the restaurant — all were put in custody.

Shyne May Be Released Soon..

According to HIPHOPDX rapper Jamal "Shyne" Barrow may finally be released. The artist's attorney Oscar Michelen said, “We’re hoping for April, [but] they don’t normally let you know [the exact release date] until right before it happens.” A parole hearing is scheduled for June. Shyne was charged and subsequently convicted in March 2001 of four charges—including first degree assault—for allegedly firing multiple shots into the crowded club.

1. You'll don't know if that's the reason why they had the altercation.
2. Rhianna had an outbreak some weeks ago and during that time Chris was all over her. Go look for the pics. So, I don't believe that there is any way that he didn't know that she had herpes.
3. Even if he eventually found out she had herpes and transmitted it to him, who is to say that she always knew she had it. Herpes is a disease that if you don't have an outbreak and haven't gotten tested you wouldn't know you have it. There are lots of people walking around with herpes passing it to others and don't even know. You can use a condom and still possibly pass it to your lover.
Know the facts about the disease before you start making comments.
4. Who is to say Chris isn't the one to give her herpes. Everyone doesn't have the outbreaks so their is no way to know who gave it to whom.
That being said he still had no right hitting her like she is his damn child.
He better get it together quick before Jay or Tay Tay roll up on his behind and wear him out.
